We serve a focused cluster of North Toronto and North York neighbourhoods: Bathurst Manor, Clanton Park, Willowdale, Armour Heights, and Bedford Park. Because our crew is already working on properties near you, we respond faster and more reliably than any city-wide company. Don't see your street? All plans are based on standard Toronto lot sizes of up to 40 × 120 ft. If your property is larger than this, contact us and we'll put together a custom quote for you.
No long-term contracts. You can cancel any plan at any time — we earn your business every month, not through fine print. The Estate Membership is a 12-month plan by design (that's how you get the year-round flat rate), but we don't lock you in against your will.
We clear every accumulation over 5cm. If it snows multiple times in one day and each accumulation reaches the trigger, we come back. There are no per-visit fees and no caps — unlimited means unlimited. Winter pricing reflects this on-call, unlimited nature.
It means your driveway and front walkway will be cleared by 8:00 AM after every overnight or early-morning snowfall that exceeds 5cm — so you can leave for work without shovelling. If a storm hits during the day, we respond as quickly as possible. This guarantee applies to both the Estate Membership and the Winter Protection Plan.

The Estate Membership is a 12-month commitment that bundles summer and winter together, which lets us offer a lower blended monthly rate. The Summer Essential is a standalone seasonal plan (6 months) priced at $350/mo — and when you add Fall Leaf Removal ($250) and Spring Restoration ($300), you're spending significantly more than the $275/mo flat rate of the Estate Membership. That's where the $1,050+ annual savings come from.
